Terms of Use for Flive Tournament

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of Flive
Tournament (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) including our website,
mobile app, esports tournaments, digital wallet, and related features
(“Service”).
By accessing, installing, registering, or using our Service, you
confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these
Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you
must not use the Service.
Important: Flive Tournament conducts ONLY
skill-based esports competitions. We do not offer
gambling, betting, wagering, or any chance-based activity.
2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use our
Service.

Users aged 13–18 may participate in
free tournaments only.

Users must be 18+ to join paid tournaments or
participate in monetary activities.

Users aged 13–18 must have parental/guardian consent for account
creation.
2.2 Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during
registration.

You may register using Google Login or
Facebook Login.
- You are fully responsible for all actions under your account.

Sharing your account or creating multiple accounts is strictly
prohibited.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions
You confirm that your use of our Service does not violate any local,
state, or national laws applicable to your location. The Service may
not be used in regions where esports tournaments or digital rewards
are restricted.
3. User Account & KYC Verification
3.1 Account Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate gaming IDs (IGN, BGMI ID, Free Fire ID).

Use only your own game account; boosters or pilot players are
prohibited.
- Any mismatch in game ID may result in disqualification.
3.2 KYC Requirements
To withdraw prize money, join high-value tournaments, or in case of
suspicious activity, KYC is mandatory.
KYC may include:
- PAN card or Aadhaar (masked as per regulations)
- UPI ID or bank account info
- Age verification documents
- Selfie/face verification if required
Failure or refusal to complete KYC may result in withheld prizes or
account restrictions.
4. Skill-Based Gameplay & Fair Play Requirements
4.1 Skill-Based Platform
All tournaments on Flive Tournament are
skill-based competitions
and depend entirely on user ability and performance. No chance-based
mechanics are involved.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly banned:

Use of hacks, scripts, mods, unauthorized tools, or emulators (where
banned)
- Account sharing or multi-accounting
- Boosting, pilot playing, or playing on someone else’s behalf
- Match fixing or collusion
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
- Impersonating players or staff
- Uploading false documents for KYC
4.3 Penalties
Violations may lead to warnings, temporary bans, permanent account
termination, prize forfeiture, and reporting to game publishers if
required.
5. Tournament Participation Rules
5.1 Registration
- Players must register before deadline.

Entry fees must be paid through approved methods (Razorpay, UPI,
etc).
- Details must match the game account used in the match.
5.2 Match Rules
- Players must join rooms on time.
- Room ID & Password will be shared only via official channels.

Disconnection or technical issues from user-side are not our
responsibility.

Use of VPN or third-party apps may result in disqualification.
5.3 Dispute Handling

Disputes must be reported within 24 hours of match completion.
- Valid proof (video, screenshot, logs) must be provided.
- Admin decisions are final in all cases.
6. Payments, Wallet & Prize Distribution
6.1 Entry Fees
- All paid tournaments require upfront payment.

Entry fees are non-refundable except in cases
outlined in our Refund Policy.
6.2 Prize Money
- Prizes are distributed based solely on match results.
- Prize distribution may take 24–72 hours.
- KYC must be completed to withdraw winnings.

Incorrect UPI/Bank details may delay payouts; we are not responsible
for failures caused by wrong user inputs.
6.3 Taxes
Users are responsible for paying applicable taxes (e.g., TDS) on
winnings as per Indian law. Government deductions may be applied
before payout.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, features, graphics, and content belong to Flive
Tournament. You may not copy, replicate, or redistribute any part of
the Service without permission.
8. Privacy & Data Usage
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the
Service, you consent to data collection for authentication
(Google/Facebook), hosting (Render), KYC verification, and fraud
prevention.
9. Availability & Modifications
9.1 Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted
service.
- Render.com hosting outages are beyond our direct control.
- Maintenance may occur without notice in emergencies.
9.2 Modifications

We may modify features, tournaments, rules, or pricing at any time.
- Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as-is”. We do not guarantee availability,
error-free functionality, or uninterrupted access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses
arising from:
- Internet issues
- Device or game crashes
- Incorrect game IDs or user mistakes
- Failure to join matches

Third-party service outages (Google, Facebook, Razorpay, Render)
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or losses
arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of Terms, or breach
of law.
12. Termination
12.1 By User
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Cheating or fraud
- KYC violations
- Multiple accounts
- Abusive or illegal behavior
- Violation of these Terms
12.3 After Termination
- Your access to the Service ends immediately.
- Entry fees are non-refundable.
- We may retain some data for legal compliance.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Informal Resolution
Please contact support first for any dispute.
13.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
13.3 Jurisdiction
All legal disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Indian
courts.
14. Miscellaneous
- These Terms and our policies constitute the full agreement.
- If any clause is invalid, others remain effective.
- No waiver applies unless in writing.
